摘要： Disclosed herein is a lifting surgical instrument having a branch point, which is used to insert a thread without a cog and a barb into the skin. The lifting surgical instrument includes a sheath, including: a probe part formed in the tubular shape in which a through hole penetrating in a longitudinal direction is formed, and configured such that the front end thereof may be inserted into the skin; and a body configured to extend from the rear end of the probe part, to have a diameter larger than that of the through hole, to communicate with the through hole, and to include a sheath hole. In this case, a direction guidance portion is provided on the inner surface of the probe part, and the angle at which the needle travels is changed via the direction guidance portion when the needle passes through the through hole.

摘要： The present invention relates to a mobile communication system, and in particular, to a method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving a PDU including an Extension Bit field and a Length Indicator field in a UE or a Node B. A method for transmitting a PDU generated with more than two SDUs and a header having information on each SDU in a transmitter of a mobile communication system is provided. The method includes generating, in the header, a Length Indicator (LI) indicating an end point of each of remaining SDUs except for the last SDU and an Extension Bit indicating the presence/absence of another LI after each LI, and generating the header so that the LI succeeds the Extension Bit associated therewith; generating the PDU with the generated header and the SDUs; and transmitting the PDU.

The solar body is situated on a lower end of the solar head and includes a plurality of solar panels, a side of each of which is sloped to prevent an inflow of rainwater and is openable upward. An upper end of the solar body has an air outlet formed to exhaust air, and a lower end thereof has an air inlet formed to receive air. The air outlet and the air inlet each have a plurality of supports arranged at specific intervals and connected by a protection net.

The base station includes a Digital Unit (DU), a first RU, and a second RU. The DU performs a mutual conversion function between an information bit line and a digital signal, calculates beamforming coefficients for 4-beamforming, and performs the 4-beamforming using the beamforming coefficients. The first RU has two Radio Frequency (RF) paths, extracts a clock signal from a digital signal from the DU, and provides the clock signal to the second RU. The second RU has two RF paths and operates according to the clock signal provided from the first RU.
