摘要： A disk device has a motor provided on a bottom wall of a case. A PCB is located opposite an outer surface of the bottom wall of the case, and an insulation sheet is sandwiched between the outer surface of the bottom wall and the PCB. The insulation sheet has a sheet body formed of an insulator and located opposite the outer surface of the bottom wall and a plurality of damping members provided independently of one another on the sheet body. The damping members include a first damping member situated near the motor and abutting against the PCB and a second damping member abutting against an electronic component mounted on the PCB.

摘要： A drive method for a color CRT in which a point-sequential color video signal is produced to drive a modulation electrode of the CRT, in which an index signal is generated consisting of pulses at a frequency identical to a frequency of scanning successive screen phosphor color trios of the CRT, multi-phase index signals are derived from that index signal, and respective time differences between scanning timings of each color trio in each scan line and a specific index signal phase are successively measured, stored in memory, and subsequently read out to produce timing control signals for gating the color components of the point-sequential video signal. Requirements for timing accuracy and assembly precision of the CRT can thereby be substantially relaxed by comparison with a prior art single-phase index signal method.

A voice coil motor has a lower yoke, a top yoke, a voice coil attached to the head actuator and situated between the yokes, and a permanent magnet provided on at least one of the yokes. The top yoke has an arm retaining portion which extends overlapping the second pivot and that part of the inertia arm which is situated near the second pivot and restrains the inertia arm from slipping off the second pivot. The arm retaining portion is stepped to be one level higher than the top yoke.

Corresponding pairs of regions of the two objects each have at least one diffraction grating which generate two-dimensionally distributed diffracted light beams.
