The process separation device comprises an inner conductor, an outer conductor, a process side, a control side, and a feed-through. The inner conductor comprises a first conical region, and/or the outer conductor comprises a second conical region. The feed-through comprises the first conical region and/or is encompassed by the second conical region, and in this manner establishes a connection having positive fit between the inner conductor and the outer conductor.

In the module, a safety-relevant function is transferred into an area that is categorized as safety-uncritical. In order to prevent malfunctions, a diagnostic function is performed in the safety-critical area of the electronic module in order to check the transferred function. This diagnostic function is also checked with respect to its effectiveness during the safety-oriented operation. Suitable measures can be initiated in case an error is detected.

摘要： Both in potential separation in the microwave path, and in potential separation directly between the two-wire loop and the output circuit, the quality of signal transmission may be negatively affected. A filling level radar device with potential separation within the electronics unit is stated, wherein potential separation does not separate analogue signals but instead separates digital signals or direct-current-free alternating signals. For example, the separation line leads through digital signal connections or alternating-voltage signal connections. As a result of this the expenditure for potential separation may be reduced and the transmission quality may be improved.

摘要： A conductor leadthrough for a field device is for connecting two electrical conductors. The conductor leadthrough comprises an external conductor and a sealing apparatus. The sealing apparatus is divided into a first separation device and a second separation device. The external conductor comprises a hollow internal region that extends along a longitudinal axis of the external conductor. The first separation device and the second separation device are arranged along the longitudinal axis of the external conductor so as to be spaced apart so that they can separate a section of the hollow internal region of the external conductor. A pourable-sealing device is filled into the separated section of the hollow internal region of the external conductor so that the sealing apparatus can provide a leakage rate whose value is below a predeterminable value of a leakage rate. A signal of a predeterminable frequency can be transmitted along the longitudinal axis.
