摘要： This invention is directed to a process for preparing grafted organic polyester of phosphoric acid, incorporated into water-borne coating compositions, reducing remarkably the tendency of aluminum flake pigments to react with the aqueous medium of the compositions, resulting in generation of hydrogen. This can be obtained by grafting the reaction product from the reaction of an orthophosphorus derivative with a compound which contains in the molecule an epoxide group and aromatic or alicyclic group, to a pre-polymer having isocyanate group as an end group and an ethyleneoxide group. The grafted organic polyester of phosphor acid has excellent dispersity with pigments and results in satisfactory adhesion with resin as a binder because it prevents pigments from contacting with water during water dispersing.

摘要： A process for preparing an emulsion polymer comprising placing a first mixture of monomers in a feed tank B which is connected directly to a reactor, placing a second mixture of monomers in a feed tank A which is connected to the feed tank B, and continuously varying the composition ratio of the monomers of feed tanks A and B in the emulsion polymer. The composition ratio is varied by varying the rate of feeding of the second mixture of monomers present in tank A into tank B while simultaneously varying the rate of feeding of the first mixture of monomers present in tank B into the reactor. The polymerization occurs as the first and second mixtures of monomers are simultaneously fluxed in the reactor while stirring.

The water-borne paint composition containing a water-dispersion of polyurethane resin, of the present invention, has such advantages as realizing a coating layer of rich gloss, excellence in anti-water and anti-chipping resistance, good storability and effective sprayability.

In more detailed description, this invention is concerned with the process for making an aqueous dispersion of core-shell emulsion polymer particles comprising (1) preparing the core by polymerizing carboxylic acid monomers with other monoethylenically unsaturated monomers, (2) encapsulating said core with a rigid polymer shell by polymerizing shell-forming monomers, in the presence of said core particles, which are fed in such manner that compositional contents of monomers entering to a polymerization zone is changing gradually thoughout the period of monomer feeding, and (3) neutralizing with base so as to swell said core and form particles which, when dried, contain at least one void.

摘要： An audio signal output method and apparatus for a short-range communication enabled headset are disclosed. An audio signal of the headset can be output through an internal speaker or be transmitted to an in-vehicle speaker unit. The audio signal output method includes checking, when an audio signal is present, an operating mode of the headset, outputting, if the headset is in a normal headset mode, the audio signal through an internal speaker and transmitting, if the headset is in a frequency modulation (FM) transmission mode, the audio signal through an FM channel to an in-vehicle speaker unit for reproduction, wherein the input and output gains are adjusted based on a determined vibration levels.
