    • An anti-leak device for a tube container is disclosed, to have a predetermined amount of contents in the tube container be continuously extruded and then prevent more extrusion, and to prevent infiltration of external air. The anti-leak device includes a main body having a head with a tube outlets and a connection groove, and a leakage prevention unit having an opening and closing part, an insertion part and a fixed part. The opening and closing part is inserted in an inlet path of the insertion part. The insertion part is inserted in the fixed part having a discharge hole and engaged with the connection groove, thereby forming a movement space for the opening and closing part to reciprocate between the tube outlet and the insertion part. The opening and closing part directly opens and closes the tube outlet not to allow external air into the main body.

    • An enciphering apparatus and method divide an input bit stream with length 2n into first and second sub-bit streams with length n, perform an enciphering procedure, and output an enciphered bit stream with length 2n in a mobile communication system. A first encipherer enciphers the first sub-bit stream by code KLi to output a firstbit stream with length n, or enciphers a second enciphered bit stream by code KLi to output a third bit stream with length n. A second encipherer enciphers the first bit stream by code KOi and code KIi to output a fourth bit stream with length n, or enciphers the first sub-bit stream by code KOi and code KIi to output the second enciphered bit stream with length n, the second encipherer including two sub-enciphering blocks and register. Registers match synchronization of an operation delay caused by the second encipherer for the second sub-bit stream.

    • A mist pump of a cosmetic container according to the present invention includes: a cap housing configured to be able to atomize contents by compressing external air introduced together with the contents in a cosmetic container and then discharging the contents in a whirlwind form by means of the compressed air; a piston housing; a compressing chamber formed between the cap housing and the piston housing; a piston formed to eject the compressed air and the contents while ascending; an opening and closing part that is formed between an inner surface of the piston housing and an outer surface of the piston, and through which the contents and the compressed air are ejected when the piston descends, and the external air is introduced into the compressing chamber when the piston ascends; and a pressurizing cap coupled to include an atomizing part that atomizes the contents by discharging the contents together with the compressed air in the whirlwind form through a nozzle passage formed in an upper end of the piston. Accordingly, the mist pump of the cosmetic container has the effects in that the mist pump may be used without being limited by the size of the cosmetic container, by virtue of external air compression, and a high level of stability can be achieved.
