    • A mop assembly including a mop head and handle, and a supply of liquid connected to a valve assembly on the handle adjacent the mop head. The valve assembly includes a length of resiliently flexible tubing that has a portion extending transversely through the handle and first and second members on opposite sides of the length of tubing that are relatively movable between a closed position at which the first and second members pinch together opposite sides of the length of tubing to stop the flow of liquid through it, and an open position at which the first and second members are spaced apart to afford flow of liquid through it. Should the tubing become plugged, it can easily be replaced by disconnecting one end from a liquid supply length of tubing, withdrawing the tubing from between the first and second members, and then installing a new length of tubing. A storage cart for use with the mop assembly includes an elongate upwardly projecting main portion having walls providing a side surface, and an elongate tray portion that provides a receptacle adapted to receive the mop head. The tray portion is mounted on a bottom end of the main portion for relative movement between a closed position at which the side surface covers an open side of the receptacle to thereby afford retention of the mop head in the receptacle; and an open position with the tray portion disposed at about a right angle with respect to the main portion so that the mop head can be inserted into or removed from the receptacle and so that the bottom wall can be supported along a horizontal surface such as a floor surface with side walls of the receptacle projecting upwardly.

    • A tie stall divider for cattle stalls or other animal stalls is formed of a single continuous main rail that is bent into a sequence of bent and straight rail portions that lie in a generally vertical plane. There is a single generally vertical support post that is anchored into a curb. A first bend joins a top bend of the support post to a lower rail portion that extends generally distally and upwards to a nose portion, that connects to a generally horizontal upper tube which extends distally past the position of the vertical support post. Thereafter, a loop is formed having a bend formed therein that lies adjacent the first bend, and a vertical support tube whose end abuts the horizontal upper tube. The first and second bend can be welded together, and the tube end can be welded to the abutting horizontal tube. A sleeve is disposed over the first bend and extends down over an upper part of the support post into the curb.

    • The present invention is a liquid sensing device used for in determining the presence or absence of liquid in a container by the presence or absence of electrical current flow between two conductive probes. Moreover, the present invention prevents the false indication of liquid as can result from the presence of foam, or from bridging of the probes at the proximal ends thereof. A main body portion is formed of an electrically conductive material and has a probe channel extending therethrough. A non-conductive plug is inserted into the proximal end of the probe channel and provides for the retaining of a conductive probe that extends along the central axis of the probe channel. An end cap is secured to the distal end of the main body and covers the distal end of the probe channel for preventing foam access into the probe channel. An inlet port is formed through the main body into the probe channel at the distal end thereof for allowing restricted access of the liquid into the probe channel when the present invention is inserted into the container. The proximal end plug includes an air tight cavity that physically isolated the proximal ends of the probe and the conductive main body from the liquid.
