摘要： A bucket lid for a cyclone dust collector is configured to fit onto a standard pail or bucket, with a circumferential rim forming an outer edge of the lid, a central mounting disk onto which the cyclone is mounted, and a series of baffles extending circumferentially around the lid between the mounting disk and the rim. These baffles extend downward into the bucket to interfere with swirl in the bucket from dust discharged from the cyclone. The baffles may be radial ribs alternating with ramped coffers. The lid may be formed of anti-static polypropylene.

摘要： A sound absorbing filter for a dust collector system is attached downstream of the system air blower and ahead of the cylindrical HEPA filter cartridge. The sound filter is formed of a cylindrical barrel or shell, favorably steel, another metal, plastics, or composite with end-caps bonded on. The cylindrical shell interior is lined with plural annular layers of sound absorbing materials. The sound absorbing elements are retained with two or more thin retainer plates The lining can comprise a radial outer layer of compressed fiber batting, and a radial inner layer of convoluted acoustic polyurethane foam 1 to 2 inches thick. The foam lining protects the fiberglass from the air flow reducing fiber shedding, and also absorbs higher frequencies, with the fiberglass being more absorptive of lower frequencies.

摘要： A protective shield fits onto a fuel cylinder that is mounted on a propane-powered or LNG-powered vehicle, with a cylindrical flange on the the tank surrounds a tank valve. The protective shield is formed of a cylindrical wall of a rubber-like material that fits snugly onto the cylindrical flange of the fuel tank, and has a window affixed into its upper end of the cylindrical wall. The window can be a disk of transparent Plexiglas. There are openings in the cylindrical wall to access the tank valve. The shield provides visibility of the tank valve but prevents any spray of the fuel that may escape from the tank valve from reaching the worker's face or other exposed skin.

摘要： A dust collector arrangement has a dust separator supported on a frame, with a lid for the dust collection barrel is mounted onto the frame below it. The lid is supported at a fixed elevation above the surface of the shop floor to create a space or clearance between the rim of the dust collection barrel and the lid. The barrel is supported on casters, and can be rolled into place under the rim, and can be rolled out for emptying. Over-center latches positioned at intervals around the upper part of the barrel side wall, engage corresponding structure on the lid. These pull the barrel upwards against the lid and with the barrel casters lifted off the floor surface. The latch members release to lower the barrel for emptying.

The filter chamber contains a filter cartridge with a hollow core positioned over the discharge opening of a motor plate that closes the filter chamber. An anti-deflagration screen mounted upon the discharge opening of the cover plate of the filter chamber. The anti-deflagration screen is in the form of a metal mesh creating a multiplicity of small passages to permit exhaust air flow from the filter chamber but blocking any flame front. The screen may be hemispherically domed.

An annular pulse-cleaning plate is positioned over an associated annular opening that surrounds the motor plate discharge opening and has an open center that slides up and down on the intake tube of the vacuum blower. A bail handle or lever extends from the pulse-cleaning plate to a handle portion outside the cover or shroud. The handle is pushed down to lift the pulsing plate to provide a reverse pressure air pulse to the filter to blast off accumulated dust. An anti-deflagration screen may be present at the center of the motor plate.
