    • While avoiding the disadvantages of the screen printing technique employed until now, the invention provides a shaping tool (1) with a structured surface for creating structures on glass (2) which, in an economical way, makes it possible to form high-precision microstructures by local heating of the region of glass to be structured. The shaping tool (1) has a rolling cylinder (3) including a metal hollow cylinder (7) and a shaping sheet (8) secured in a surface contact to it, as well as a continuous shaft (5) for continuously driving the rolling cylinder (3) via drivers (4) coupled to the hollow cylinder (7). Between the shaft (5) and the hollow cylinder (7), an electric heater (6) for targeted local heating of the glass during structuring is disposed in an electrically insulated fashion. The electric heater (6) is advantageously thermally insulated from the shaft (5) with a ceramic cylinder (14).

    • Process for producing very pure platinum materials dispersion-reinforced with Y.sub.2 O.sub.3 and having high strength and extensibility, even in the temperature range >800.degree. C., from platinum powder by mechanical alloying, which comprises the process stepspreparing platinum powder of high purity and low particle size of from 2 to 10 .mu.m,introducing and dispersing Y.sub.2 O.sub.3 particles >1 .mu.m in the platinum powder by milling in a platinum vessel using milling media of zirconium oxide,degassing the milled product under a vacuum of better than 10.sup.-3 mbar and with an increase in temperature to at least 1200.degree. C. in a platinum capsule for a period of up to 48 hours,gastight welding of the evacuated capsule and hot isostatic pressing at 1350.degree. C. and 200 MPa to give blocks of compact dispersion-reinforced platinum having a density of 100%,producing semi-finished parts and foils from these dispersion-reinforced platinum materials, these parts and foils havinga platinum purity of at least 99.95%,a tensile strength R.sub.m from 300 to 350 MPa,an extensibility A of 15-25% and agrain stability up to 1400.degree. C.
