摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for molding a paper cap in which paper cap molding processes are simplified, easy molding by automatic continuous production processes are realized and the production cost of a paper cap can be reduced by such a mass production as above.
SOLUTION: The paper cap molding device molds a flange part extending with curving vertically along a peripheral edge of the central body of a paper cap material, wrinkle parts formed in the flange part at a predetermined space and removable ditches formed along a part of the inner corners in which the flange part is connected to the body part. The paper cap molding device comprises a supplying table for supplying and storing plurality of paper materials for a cap in a piled state, a disk table which forms plurality of inserting paper materials at a predetermined angle continuously, and an up and down mold table comprising a heat molding mold which can move up and down in the lower part of the disk table and molds the inserted paper cap materials, a mold for molding the removable ditches and a mold for molding reinforced ditches.
