摘要： A hydraulic turret weapon system for armed vehicles that includes a turret and a weapon on the turret adapted to be independently directed at a target. A hydraulic drive includes a pair of hydraulic motors for moving the turret and weapon respectively. The motors are connected in parallel with each other to a pressure compensated pump and to a fluid reservoir. A pair of pressure sensors are respectively connected to the inlets and outlets of the parallel motors, and provide electrical signals as a function of hydraulic fluid pressure. An electronic controller is responsive to the pressure sensor signals, and to turret and weapon command signals, for generating directive signals to control motion at the turret and weapon motors individually. Velocities at the hydraulic motors are controllable both independently and conjointly.

摘要： A split-discharge balanced dual-lobe vane-type rotary hydraulic machine that comprises a housing, a rotor mounted within the housing and having a plurality of radially extending peripheral slots, and a plurality of vanes individually slidably mounted in the rotor slots. A cam ring within the housing surrounds the rotor and has a radially inwardly directed surface forming a track for sliding engagement with the vane. Opposed symmetrical pressure cavities are formed between the cam ring surface and the rotor, and fluid inlet and outlet passages in the housing are coupled to the fluid pressure cavities. The fluid inlet and outlet passages include a fluid inlet port opening into each cavity adjacent to one circumferential edge thereof, a first fluid outlet port opening into each cavity adjacent to the opposing circumferential edge thereof, and a second fluid outlet port opening into each cavity at a position circumferentially between the inlet and first outlet ports.

摘要： A reversible power transmission unit comprising a housing and a cam block rotatably mounted in the housing and a pumping mechanism associated with opposed inclined surfaces of the cam block. A common shaft is rotatably mounted in the cam block and has its ends extending beyond the cam block. Each pumping mechanism includes a cylinder barrel mounted on the shaft for rotation with the shaft and having a plurality of cylinders with pistons slidable therein and operatively associated with a surface of the cam block. Each cylinder has a port opening to a valve plate provided with inlet and outlet ports in communication with inlet and outlet passages at each end of the housing. When one of the pumping mechanisms is operated as a motor, it drives the other pumping mechanism as a pump.
