    • A fiber optic connector panel fits within a telecommunications fiber optic distribution cabinet and terminates and protects outside plant cables. A support panel is pivotally mounted into a telecommunications fiber optic distribution cabinet. A first cylindrically configured cable storage member is supported by the support panel and configured to store any slack fiber optic pigtails. A second cable storage member is supported by the support panel and configured to store any slack outside plant cable and jumpers. A fiber optic connector is supported by the support panel and configured to connect fiber optic pigtails and fiber optic jumpers. A splice storage member is supported by the support panel and configured to store fiber optic cable splices of the fiber optic pigtails and outside plant cable and jumpers of the fiber optic pigtails and outside plant cable and jumpers.

    • A method and an apparatus for radiolocation using time differences of arrival. The method includes receiving transmit timestamps from a set of wireless stations of a wireless network. Each station transmits at least once. The transmit timestamp uses a local timestamping clock to indicate when a station transmitted a packet. The method further includes receiving sets of timestamped captured samples from each station that receives one of the transmitted packets. The times of arrival of each packet at each station are determined from the received sets of timestamped captured samples, and, the relative positions of the stations are determined from the determined times of arrival and the received transmit timestamps. The transmitting by the stations is in a round robin manner one station after the other, and several round robins may be used to mutually calibrate local clocks. Also an apparatus for inclusion in a station of a wireless network. The apparatus includes a buffer subsystem and a timestamping subsystem, such that the station can capture and timestamp a set of samples of a received signal, and send the captured timestamped samples to a processing entity for time difference of arrival location determination.

    • A method for detecting undesirable emails is disclosed. The method combines input from two or more spam classifiers to provide improved classification effectiveness and robustness. The method's effectiveness is improved over that of any one constituent classifier in the sense that the detection rate is increased and/or the false positive rate is decreased. The method's robustness is improved in the sense that, if spammers temporarily elude any one constituent classifier, the other constituent classifiers will still be likely to catch the spam. The method includes obtaining a score from each of a plurality of constituent spam classifiers by applying them to a given input email. The method further includes obtaining a combined spam score from a combined spam classifier that takes as input the plurality of constituent spam classifier scores, the combined spam classifier being computed automatically in accordance with a specified false-positive vs. false-negative tradeoff. The method further includes identifying the given input email as an undesirable email if the combined spam score indicates that the input e-mail is undesirable.
