摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to insert an objective in a blood vessel wherein an amount of blood, which is worth to mention, does not flow out any more when the objective to be inserted is inserted. SOLUTION: This device is a hemostatic valve 12 which can be arranged on the rear side end section of a catheter 10. In this case, the hemostatic valve 12 is formed as a check valve. Also, in the valve 12, the periphery of a dilation apparatus 11 is surrounded by at least one packing 25, 26, to surround the periphery. An objective is inserted in the blood vessel of a patient through the catheter 10 having such a dilation apparatus 11, by this device 12 to insert the objective in the blood vessel.
