    • PURPOSE: To enable the mounting of tools corresponding to a variety of shapes of cross sections of edge-prepared works and enable the cutting-off of a pipe by handle operation with the rotation of a tool and enable lathe work on the pipe secured.
      CONSTITUTION: The rack of a holder fitted with a tool is fitted in the grooves of a rotary loader 6 to rotate the tool together with the loader. Before a disc guide 5 is moved in the axial direction of a pipe, the rack is moved to displace the holder and the tool perpendicularly to the pipe through a pinion to cut off the pipe. A gear 15 is secured on a drive screw 16 and coupled to a circumscribed gear to uniformly transmit the motion of a drive shaft 16 to the guide 5. The drive screw 12 is conjoined to a main body 7 so that a clamp body 17 is coupled to the main body by the screw. When the screw 12 is rotated, the main body 7 slides outside the clamp body 17.

    • A fluid level measurement apparatus supports multiple fluid level sensors of different types, each of which detects a level of fluid and produces an output indicative of the detected fluid level in a different way. The fluid level measurement apparatus is connected to any one of the supported fluid level sensors to measure the fluid level. The fluid level measurement apparatus includes a calculation circuit, multiple output circuits, a determination circuit, and a selection circuit. The calculation circuit calculates the fluid level from a detection voltage. Each output circuit generates the detection voltage based on the output of a corresponding fluid level sensor. The determination circuit determines the connected fluid level sensor. The selection circuit selects the output circuit corresponding to the determined fluid level sensor and allows the calculation circuit to obtain the detection voltage generated by the selected output circuit.

    • A bobbin unit for a cross-coil type meter is composed of an upper bobbin and a lower bobbin. The upper and lower bobbins have an inner cylindrical portion which has a center through hole for receiving a indicator shaft therein. A bearing portion is formed at an edge portion of the center through hole and an oil reservoir portion is formed at a portion in the center through hole adjacent to the bearing portion. The reservoir portion has an inside diameter larger than that of the bearing portion and accommodates a lubricating oil. The reservoir portion is composed of a first annular groove for supplying the lubricating oil to the bearing portion by the capillary action, an oil holding groove and a seal portion having a small gap between the shaft and the inner periphery of the center through hole.
