A washing machine includes a tub holding wash water, a drum rotatable within the tub to hold laundry, a first cabinet defining a first space to wash laundry together with the tub and the drum, a second cabinet defining a second space for an additional function, the second cabinet formed as one body with the first cabinet, and a single partition provided between the first and second cabinets to partition off the second space from the first space.

摘要： There is provided a soft start circuit including: a resonator generating a resonant voltage; a voltage detector detecting an output voltage of a power converter; a reference voltage selector selecting one of a voltage detected by the voltage detector and the resonant voltage as a reference voltage, based on a driving signal for turning the power converter on or off; and an error amplifier generating a control signal for controlling the output voltage of the power converter from the reference voltage selected by the reference voltage selector and the voltage detected by the voltage detector. The soft start circuit is capable of preventing semiconductor devices of the power converter from being burned out and preventing overshooting of the output voltage.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of converting butyric acid contained in a fermentation broth into biofuel. This chemical conversion method includes separating biohydrogen from gases generated in the course of production of butyric acid through fermentation of carbohydrate, extracting butyric acid from the broth using an insoluble solvent, esterifying butyric acid thus producing butylbutyrate, and hydrogenolyzing all or part of butylbutyrate, thus obtaining butanol. Thereby, biobutanol can be efficiently and economically produced, and butylbutyrate, which has oxidation stability superior to that of conventional biodiesel (fatty acid methyl ester) and is thus regarded as novel biofuel, can be produced together.
