    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor finishing tile excellent in design, quality, and durability, which improves recyclability in a direct laying sheet tile for building construction and facilitates new construction as well as tile replacing work at a laying work site.SOLUTION: A connection part between sheet tiles is made to be a simple fitting structure consisting of a lower jaw portion and an upper jaw portion. An upper layer material and a lower layer material are bonded together and a strong adhesive material for coupling tiles is applied to this fitted part at the same time in a plant, and the fitted part is pressure-bonded to be made to function as a large bonded sheet when laying at a laying work site, thus improving tacking properties against displacement, upthrust, warpage, and separation deformation, workability, durability, and recyclability, facilitating change and selection of the material base of the upper layer material. Thereby, a highly designed and high-quality product can be supplied.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable working accuracy and cost reduction while responding to beginning demands of: making the shift of a worked shape diagram of an abutting edge of a plastic tile as a building material or the like to a worked shape diagram with a high-class design feeling; taking a countermeasure for avoiding edge contact damage to weak skin of a young child or the like; and forming a beautiful R-shaped chamfer in consideration of coating of an inner material.SOLUTION: An automatic and continuous type device for chamfering, punching and shearing a sheet-like plastic tile is composed by: integrally forming a chamfer working portion and a punching and shearing portion, the former being equipped with a special-structure heated-edge for chamfering 1 having a constant-temperature-liquid circulating pipe 1a in special-structure heated-edge for chamfering 1a, which utilizes thermoplastic deformation properties of a material sheet and is capable of performing precise temperature control and working time control, the latter having an improved punch-shearing edge-lug 3a for eliminating stress within a tile product, which is detachably attached to be easy for replacement; and including a press machine, an auxiliary automatic sizing feed device or the like.
