摘要： A toluene-insoluble gel polymer having a crosslinking density of at least 2.4 .times. 10.sup.-.sup.6 obtained by polymerizing chloroprene or a mixture of chloroprene with a small amount of at least one copolymerizable monomer to a monomer conversion of at least 80 percent in the presence of a crosslinking agent selected from the group consisting of a compound represented by the following formula: ##EQU1## wherein n is integer of from 1 to 8, ##EQU2## wherein n is integer of from 2 to 4, divinylbenzene and diallyl phthalate and a process for the preparation thereof.

摘要： A process is disclosed for preparing a polycloroprene elastomer consisting of a blend of from 20 to 80 parts by weight of (a) a toluene-insoluble gel polymer and from 80 to 20 parts by weight of (b) a toluene-soluble sol polymer, the process comprising preparing the toluene-insoluble gel polymer by polymerizing chloroprene or a mixture of chloroprene with a small amount of at least one copolymerizable monomer in the presence of a suitable cross-linking agent, preparing the toluene-soluble sol polymer by polymerizing chloroprene or a mixture of chloroprene with a small amount of at least one copolymerizable monomer and blending the gel and sol polymers wherein an improved elastomer is obtained by polymerizing the toluene-insoluble gel polymer to a cross-linking density of at least 2.4 .times. 10.sup.-6 to a monomer conversation of at least 80%.

Constitution: Upon completion of washing or drying in a laundry machine 102, data for notifying the user of the completion of the treatment are transmitted to the user's mobile phone 100. In addition, when a prescribed time, for example, 10 minutes, elapses after washing or drying finished, a request for permission to unload the laundry is transmitted to the user's mobile phone 100 so as to ask the user whether the clothes can be taken out from the laundry machine 102 or not. The system charges the user when a prohibition response is sent back or there is no response to the request for permission to unload the laundry.

摘要： A remote management system wherein a central control apparatus is connected with machines installed in a shop by communication means, so that set values of the operating conditions of each machine set in a microcomputer within the machine can be changed from the central control apparatus and, resetting of the microcomputer and restarting of the machine can be directed from the central control apparatus, thereby eliminating the need for dispatching personnel to the shop and reducing the management cost, while in case of a trouble in the machine, information indicating the occurrence of the trouble and information specifying the location of the trouble are transmitted to the central control apparatus thereby to shorten the time required for restarting the machine by the personnel and improve the management efficiency, and further featuring a controller which periodically collects information related to the operation of the machine from the microcomputer and stores the information in a memory thereof while erasing the collected data already stored in the memory of the microcomputer, thereby allowing a small memory capacity for the microcomputer and suppressing the machine cost.
