摘要： An alarm clock comprising a casing composed of front and rear casing sections. The two casing sections are mounted for manual movement toward and away from each other while they are maintained in a substantially parallel relationship. An electric alarm mechanism is completely enclosed in the casing and develops an audible alarm signal when energized in use. The alarm mechanism is connected in a normally open electric circuit that is operative when closed to energize the alarm mechanism. Means are provided that are responsive to the movement of the casing sections towards each other for opening the circuit thereby deenergizing the alarm mechanism.

摘要： An alarm-clock comprising a supporting member for the clock device and a counterweight adjacent the base of said supporting member, the said base for the supporting member having an end portion upward facing and connected with the upper portion for enabling said member to oscillate as a result of a balance disturbing action between balance and inclined positions. At least one control lever is attached to said supporting member, and is operated by its abutment with the clock bearing plane because of said oscillation, the base shape and counterweight position being such as to cause the clock to move back to and be held at its balance position, when the disturbing action is stopped or removed.

摘要： A new mass transducer (10) with electromagnetic compensation is described, comprising a load-detection part, fitted with a coil (12) fixed to the load levers, a reference part comprising a sample weight (23) and a second coil (15) (called reference coil) fixed to the reference levers, a magnetic unit (yoke) with permanent magnets (16,17 and 13,14) in the air gap whereof the coils (12 and 15) are placed coaxially, free to move independently of one another, a control device for keeping the load coil and the reference coil in place and a device for comparing the current flowing through said coils. According to the in invention, the coils (12 and 15) are of the flattened toric type, their biggest dimension being perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the lever arm (18) of the load levers and the winding axis X-X of the coil lined up with the force axis. The magnetic circuit has the form of a wafer formed by two flat magnetic elements (26, 27) facing each other, made integral with a central plate (28) through one or more fastening members, inside which at least one pair of permanent magnets (16, 17 or 13, 14), fitted so as to form two air gaps symmetrical to the central metal body wherein the coils are housed. The magnets are positioned so that each coil is immersed in an equiversal magnetic field, directed perpendicular to its biggest surface.
