    • The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a method for operating hydrogen separation devices that is capable of efficiently suppressing hydrogen embrittlement in the hydrogen separation alloy membrane; and a hydrogen separation device that performs favorably during the repeated starting and stopping thereof. A method for operating a hydrogen separation device for separating hydrogen from a hydrogen mixed gas using a membrane separation technique, wherein the hydrogen separation device performs: a step for using a hydrogen separation alloy membrane, and stopping supply of the hydrogen mixed gas to the hydrogen separation alloy membrane when the temperature of the hydrogen separation alloy membrane reaches a range of 300-600°C; a step, which follows the step for stopping the supply of the hydrogen mixed gas, for supplying an oxidized gas over a prescribed period of time to at least the upstream side of the hydrogen separation alloy membrane when the temperature of the hydrogen separation alloy membrane reaches the range of 300-600°C; and a step to be performed thereafter for decreasing the temperature of the hydrogen separation alloy membrane to less than 200°C.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the aseismatic property by fitting a steel cap body provided with a sliding shoe member to a pile head. SOLUTION: A steel cap body 9 provided with a flange and a reinforcing plate 15 with a cross-shaped section in the inside is fitted to a pile 1 through a filler 5 irespective of cutting of the concrete pile 1, for instance. And a rubber sliding shoe 18 is fixed to the top. Then, a steel cap body 10 is put on the top of the pile 1 through a buffering material 11 for the peripheral face and stud dowel rods 12 of a footing 13 are welded to the top face. The pile 1 head can easily move horizontally owing to the buffering material 11 and the pile 1 head can be easily restored by the sliding shoe 18. Even when the pile 1 head is shifted, a shearing force or a bending moment is not transmitted to the footing 13. A steel sliding shoe may be used instead of this and also a steel double cylindrical body having a specified structure may be fitted to the pile top cut at the head to shape a concrete form and may be used for both reinforcement and footing. In this way, the aseismatic property can be improved.
