    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low price production apparatus for a nonwoven fabric pad for mattresses and the like of hospital beds, using nonwoven fabric instead of expanded polyurethane, having proper unevenness on its surface, easy in being bent, having durability, and human and environment-friendly.
      SOLUTION: The apparatus includes cylindrical upper and lower rollers, on one or both of which rollers plural projecting parts projecting along the peripheral edge thereof are formed with constant spaces, and supporting parts rotatably supporting with bearings the both ends of the upper and lower rollers independently so as to position the upper roller at the upper side apart from the lower roller. The nonwoven fabric pad having grooves with constant spaces is produced by passing a heated nonwoven fabric between the upper and lower rollers. Preferably, housings receiving a bearing are provided at the both ends of the upper roller; the supporting parts have a guide space opened in the upper and lower directions, and a male screw fixed with the upper end of the housing and a handle respectively at the inner and outer side tip ends, is screwed to a female screw vertically pierced and formed at the guide upper side of the supporting part, so as to vertically move the housings along the guide.

    • Provided is a nacelle cooling system of a wind turbine. The disclosed nacelle cooling system of a wind turbine comprises cooling blocks which are arranged in order to respectively surround one or more heating devices installed inside a nacelle, a passage pipe line which is connected to the cooling blocks for coolant to flow, a primary heat exchanger which is connected to the passage pipe line and arranged on the outer lateral surface of the nacelle, and a secondary heat exchanger which is capable of absorbing heat generated inside the nacelle and discharging the heat. The nacelles of the primary and secondary heat exchangers are sealed from the outside. Therefore, when the nacelle of the wind turbine is operated in a coastal environment, the present invention can prevent performance of turbine facilities from lowering caused by erosion because the nacelle is completely sealed from external salt.

    • Disclosed herein is a filter device for reducing automobile exhaust fume. The filter device includes a case, a front flange mounted inside the case, a rear flange mounted inside the case, and a filter member mounted between the front and rear flanged. The case includes an inlet port, a porous tube and an exhaust port. The filter member includes a laminated-type or rolled-up type metallic foam filter mounted between the front and rear flanges, and a jacket wrapped around the metallic foam filter. The exhaust gas that flows inside the porous tube passes through the metallic foam filter. The jacket is formed in a network form to maintain the shape of the metallic foam filter and provide durability thereto. The jacket is formed with a rectangular vent hole. The jacket holds the metallic foam filter such that the shape, construction and position of the metallic foam filter can be maintained.
