The polyarylene sulfide has initial melt viscosity measured at 300° C. of 300 to 6000 poise, and melt viscosity after heat treated and molten at 300° C., equal to or greater than the initial melt viscosity.

摘要： The present invention relates to a cation-exchanged zeolite catalyst for an transiodination and a process for producing mono-iodo benzene by using it. Particularly, the cation-exchanged zeolite catalyst has a molar ratio of Si/Al from 5 to 100 and is ion-exchanged with an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal in range of 2% to 50% of ion exchange capacity.Further, the process for producing mono-iodo benzene of the present invention comprises the step of performing a transiodination by using the cation-exchanged zeolite catalyst to produce mono-iodo benzene from reactants including benzene and one or more multi-iodo benzenes selected from the group consisting of di-iodo benzene and tri-iodo benzene.

The PAS resin is prepared from a composition including a sulfur-containing polymerization terminator and thus has excellent thermal properties and luminosity.

A gate insulating layer and/or a metal nitride layer may be formed on a semiconductor substrate. A mask layer may be formed on the metal nitride layer. Using the mask layer as an etching mask, an etching process may be performed on the metal nitride layer, forming the metal nitride layer pattern. An etchant, which may have an oxidizing agent, a chelate agent and/or a pH adjusting mixture, may perform the etching. The methods may reduce etching damage to a gate insulating layer under the metal nitride layer pattern during the formation of a transistor.

Particularly, the present invention comprises the step of performing the iodination of a non-halogenated aromatic compound, a monoiodo aromatic compound, a diiodo aromatic compound, and iodine in the presence of a zeolite catalyst under oxygen atmosphere.In the process for preparing iodinated aromatic compounds according to the present invention, an iodination and an iodine conversion simultaneously occur, and then prevent side-reactions. Also, the lifetime of an iodination catalyst used therein can be extended by controlling the reaction temperature stably. Therefore, the process can be used for mass production of diiodo compound.

摘要： A host device interfacing with a point of deployment (POD) and a method of processing broadcast data are disclosed. Herein, an Internet Protocol (IP) physical interface unit receives an Ethernet frame including broadcast data; and a routing engine transforms the Ethernet frame to an IP packet when a destination address included in the Ethernet frame matches with an address of a pod and routs the transformed IP packet to an extended channel connected to the POD. Accordingly, it is possible to protect contents using a conditional access provided by the existing cable card and process broadcast data received on all types of transmission protocols including an IP protocol over a wired/wireless network using a channel provided for connection between the existing cable card and the host device.
