摘要：本發明係提供一種電動自行車之上鎖系統及開鎖方法，其係當攜帶開鎖用裝置的人靠近時，即使不進行手動之開鎖操作亦可開鎖，此外還可防止電池之蓄電量在不使用電動自行車之情況下仍減少。本發明之電動自行車之上鎖系統構成為：設置有發送包含固有識別用資訊之開鎖用信號而將鎖裝置30開鎖之可攜帶式開鎖用裝置50，且可對由鎖裝置30上鎖之電動自行車自開鎖用裝置50發送開鎖用信號而開鎖。於電動自行車設置有：本體通信部41，其對開鎖用裝置50進行通信；電源按鈕，其接通/斷開來自電池8之供電；及開鎖控制部42；藉由使電源按鈕接通，而自電池8對本體通信部41及開鎖控制部42供電，開鎖控制部42於接收到來自開鎖用裝置之開鎖用信號時，使鎖裝置30開鎖。

摘要： A motion detection device includes an attached member on a vehicle body side, a sensor electrode configured to detect capacitance, and a sensor bracket. A torque limiting mechanism, which limits the transmission of torque that is equal to or greater than a specified value between the reaction force output shaft and the interlocking arm, is interposed between the reaction force output shaft and the interlocking arm.
