摘要： An inter-cell interference coordination method and apparatus is provided for mitigating inter-cell interference in a wireless communication system by using interference coordination information exchanged among neighbor base stations. The method includes receiving, at a serving base station, power control messages transmitted by neighbor base stations, receiving incoming interference coordination messages transmitted by neighbor base stations, each message including interference indicators of resource blocks, allocating the resource blocks with transmission power per resource block to user equipments served by the base station based on the power control and interference coordination messages, generating outgoing interference coordination messages for the respective neighbor base stations based on the resource block allocation result, and transmitting the interference coordination messages to the neighbor base stations, respectively.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving System Information (SI) of a femto base station in a wireless communication system are provided. In the method, an SI transmission point is determined using unique identification information of a femto base station itself and unique identification information of a macro base station with which the femto base station is associated. Each of user equipment and the macro base station generate a measurement gap pattern representing an SI reception point using the unique identification information of the femto base station and the unique identification information of the macro base station. SI is received from the femto base station according to the generated measurement gap pattern.

摘要： A method and apparatus for measuring a use of radio resources in a wireless communication system are provided. The method includes allocating radio resources to a plurality of transport blocks, and, if at least one transport block among the plurality of transport blocks overlaps at least one other transport block in terms of the radio resources, a use of the radio resources is measured by calculating a sum of a value determined by dividing the number of radio resources allocated to each of the plurality of transport blocks by the number of radio resources which are used by the at least one other transport block in a duplicate manner.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for controlling transmitter power of a femto base station in a broadband wireless communication system are provided. In the method, a femto base station receives a signal having an intensity of a threshold or more from UE and transmits a message reporting power-on of a transmitter to a femto base station controller. The UE transmits a message reporting downlink signal measurement results of femto base stations to the femto base station controller via a macro base station. The femto base station controller determines a femto base station which becomes a handover target of the UE using report messages of the femto base stations and the UE. The femto base station controller transmits a handover procedure start message to the macro base station and the determined femto base station.
