    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the safety in use of a wrap film storage case for exchangeably storing a wrap film roll in which a wrap film of a synthetic resinous film, a metal foil, a paper material or the like used for packaging food is wound in a roll form without degrading the cutting performance of the wrap film.
      SOLUTION: A cutting blade 6 for cutting a wrap film Ra is fitted to a cutting blade fitting piece 22b of a lid 22 forming a free opening/closing end of an openable/closable casing 2 for storing a wrap film roll R in which the wrap film Ra is wound in a roll form therein. The cutting blade 6 is fitted so as not to be projected from the cutting blade fitting piece 22b of the lid 22 of the casing 2. A tapered surface 22d which is inclined in the base part direction of the cutting blade 6 toward the inner surface with the cutting blade 6 being abutted on thereon from the outer surface is formed on the cutting blade fitting piece 22b of the lid 22 of the casing 2.

      SOLUTION: The wrap film storage case includes a core member 1 to be inserted in a wrap film roll R in which a wrap film Ra is wound in a roll shape, and a casing 2 in which the wrap film roll R is stored therein and the wrap film Ra can be delivered therefrom. The core member 1 has a shaft part 3. The casing 2 has a shaft hole 4 for bearing the shaft part 3 and a guide groove 5 for allowing the shaft part 3 to slide and guiding it to the shaft hole 4. The shaft hole 4 and the guide groove 5 are formed in the same depth. The shaft part 3 and the shaft hole 4 are formed of at least materials to be magnetically attracted to each other.

    • PURPOSE:To change the flow of water into a torque efficiently even in case the water turbine is rotate in reverse flow by mounting a plurality of variable blades radially on the water turbine. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 22 penetrates through the centers of ceiling board 20 and a bottom board 20' which are consisting of discs and a desired number of blades 16 are provided at the peripheral parts of the discs while a transmitting device 30, transmitting a power to respective blades, are arranged at the outside surface of the ceiling board 20 (or the bottom board 20'). A gear 24, secured to a frame 23, rotates the blades 16 1/2 turns per one rotation of the disk 1. The blade 16 has a rectangular shape, long in the lateral length thereof and has a section similar to the wing of an airplane and is provided with a rotary shaft thereof while one side (both shaft in some cases) of the blade is fixed to the transmitting gear 28 and the rotation thereof is controled. The rotary shaft 22, secured to the ceiling board 20 and the bottom board 20', is arranged between the frames 23 and a power may be extracted out of the rotary shaft 22.
