    • PURPOSE:To readily generate a wind power generating apparatus with the slight rotation of a windmill by always rotating and standing by the outer rotor of an induction generator at a speed in the vicinity of the synchronous speed of an induction motor, and rotating the inner rotor in a direction reverse to the outer rotor by wind power. CONSTITUTION:A stator 2 of an induction motor is secured to the inner periphery of a housing 1, and the outer rotor 3 of the motor is rotatably supported inside the stator. The outer rotor 4 of an induction generator is integrally provided inside the rotor 3, and the inner rotor 5 of the generator is rotatably supported inside the rotor 4. The rotor 4 of the generator is always rotated and stood by at a speed in the vicinity of the synchronous speed of the motor and hence in the same state as the no load operation of the motor. The rotor 5 of the generator is rotated in a direction reverse to the rotor 4, thereby operating so that the rotating speed of the rotor 4 be higher than the synchronous speed. Accordingly, the generator can generate efficiently even with the slight rotation of a windmill.
