    • PURPOSE:To take out rotational energy effectively, by providing a disk-shaped, non-directional guide having an air outlet hole at its central portion and shaped in the form of blades the thickness of which is decreased gradually toward the center in its cross section, and disposing a rotor in said air outlet hole. CONSTITUTION:A conical air outlet hole 2 is opened at the central portion of a non-directional fluid guide 1 shaped in the form of blades the thickness of which is decreased gradually toward the center of the guide 1 in its cross section, and a rotor 3 fixed to a turning shaft 4 is disposed in the air outlet hole 2. With such an arrangement, when the wind blows laterally of the blades, the air flow is divided to the upper side and the lower side of the blades. Here, since the velocity of air flow on the upper side of the blades is higher than that of the lower side of the blades, pressure difference is produced on the opposite sides of the blades, so that air on the lower side of the blades is drawn toward the upper side of the blades through the air outlet hole 2. Irrespective of the direction of the wind, air flow is converted into upward stream through the hole 2, so that the rotor 3 can be turned at high speed by this upward stream of air.
