    • Transmission power control with dynamic step value depending on a location of a mobile terminal in a radio zone is realized. The mobile terminal detects its location, whether close to a radio base station, a boundary of the radio zone, or an intermediate location, by an intensity of reception field strength of a radio signal transmitted by a radio base station. The radio base station, which has received and measured the radio signal quality transmitted by the mobile terminal, instructs the transmission power control information (increasing or decreasing) to the mobile terminal in accordance with the measured radio signal quality. When "decreasing" instructions are received repeatedly at the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is located near the radio base station, a larger step value than a normal case is used for decreasing transmission power of the mobile terminal. When "increasing" instructions are received repeatedly at the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is located in the boundary of the radio zone, a larger step value than the normal case is used for increasing transmission power of the mobile terminal.

    • A process for laminating a photosensitive-layer which includes providing (A) a base having a laminating region and a non-laminating region, and (B) a support having thereon, in order, a photosensitive layer and a protective film, where part of the protective film corresponds to the laminating region and part of the protective film corresponds to the non-laminating region, removing the part of the protective film which corresponds to the laminating region from the photosensitive layer such that the photosensitive layer can be laminated to the base in the laminating region, feeding the base and the support having thereon the photosensitive layer from which protective film has been removed to a nip between a pair of heated pressure rollers, passing the base and photosensitive-layer-covered support forward through the rollers while the base and photosensitive-layer-covered support are being nipped and hot-pressed by the rollers, with the photosensitive layer being in contact with the laminating region of the base to laminate the photosensitive layer to the base, and then peeling the support from the photosensitive layer, wherein the removal of protective film from the photosensitive layer is conducted in such a manner that the part of the protective film which corresponds to the non-laminating region of the base is left on the photosensitive layer.

    • A radio communication system includes a radio port, a fixed radio terminal, a memory unit, a notification unit, and a mobile radio terminal. The radio port communicates in a service area by using a predetermined radio frequency which is multiplexed by time division into a plurality of radio channels. The fixed radio terminal is stationarily set in the service area of the radio port and has a first transmission/reception unit for communicating with the radio port by using a radio channel which is permanently assigned in advance. The memory unit stores the radio channel assigned in advance to the fixed radio terminal. The notification unit provides information, including channel information stored in the memory unit, in the service area of the radio port through the radio port. The mobile radio terminal communicates with the radio port by using a radio channel not assigned to the fixed radio terminal on the basis of the channel information provided in the service area of the radio port.

    • A transmission power control apparatus capable of reducing interference, in a mobile communication adopting the CDMA system, with other communications by decreasing transmission power in one direction of channel taking communication quality of other channel of direction into account is provided. A reverse channel error rate judgment section for judging a communication quality of the reverse channel by a reverse channel frame error rate detected and a forward channel error rate judgment section for judging a communication quality of the forward channel by a forward channel frame error rate reported by a mobile terminal are provided in the radio base station. The forward channel error rate judgment section, when detected, reports the state of communication degradation of own direction of channel to the reverse channel error rate judgment section which, in turn, controls to instruct the mobile terminal to decrease transmission power of the reverse channel. When communication degradation is detected by the reverse channel error rate judgment section, the state is reported to the forward channel error rate judgment section to control to decrease transmission power of the forward channel.
