摘要： A synchronization signal detector includes a horizontal synchronization level detector, a synchronization signal extractor, a first filter circuit, and a synchronous separator. The horizontal synchronization level detector detects a horizontal synchronization detection level HL for detecting a horizontal synchronization signal from a video signal Din. The synchronization signal extractor outputs a limited signal D1 obtained by extracting only a signal within a limit range (HL−n) to (HL+m) that is set based on the horizontal synchronization detection level HL from the video signal Din. The first filter circuit removes a high frequency component of the limited signal D1 and outputs it. The synchronous separator detects a horizontal synchronization signal HS from the output signal of the first filter circuit.

摘要： In a synchronous circuit constructed with a sequence circuit, for reproduce a clock signal synchronized with a synchronizing signal of such as television signal, an influence of variation of a d.c. component superposed on an edge of the synchronizing signal is reduced by obtaining phase errors at a falling edge and a rising edge of the synchronizing signal, arithmetically operating the phase errors and feeding back a result of the operation of the phase errors to a PLL. An influence of pseudo synchronizing signal is restricted by updating a phase error signal or holding a previous value according to the result of count of operation clocks during the synchronizing signal period.

摘要： A turbo vacuum pump has a housing provided with a suction port and a discharge port, an evacuation pump disposed in the housing for compressing a gas suctioned through the suction port and discharging the compressed gas through the discharge port, and a motor for driving the evacuation pump, the motor and the evacuation pump having a common rotor. The rotor is supported at its both axial ends by bearings. A spiral grooved dynamic seal is disposed in the vicinity of the suction port and at the opposite side of the suction port to the evacuation pump. The diameter of the spiral grooved dynamic seal, at the smallest, is greater than the outside diameter of the final stage impeller of the evacuation pumps.
