摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disaster by informing a predicted magnitude of a predicted arriving time of an earthquake thereby assisting prompt preparation against the earthquake. SOLUTION: A system for predicting and instantaneously informing of an arriving earthquake wave based on real-time information concerning to the earthquake is provided with means 2 and 3 for receiving real-time information concerning to the earthquake, a first decision means 4 for making a decision whether information is required or not based on the real time information received by the receiving means, means for performing predictive operation of an earthquake wave arriving at a specified place based on the real time information received by the receiving means, and means 6 and 7 for informing arrival of an earthquake wave predicted by the operating means, and seismic parameters determined in earthquake observation network are transmitted to a relevant spot before the earthquake wave arrives thereat and required information of that spot is instantaneously calculated and displayed while taking account of the location of that spot and the seismological characteristics thereat.

Structure stored in the sealed container is realized, excellent portability is provided, materials are easily supplied, the easy production for the education is attained, and the earthquake waveform is able to be observed. 摘要： The present invention relates to a polyarylene sulfide resin composition, which comprises polyarylene sulfide (A) and polyamide (B) as essential components, and further includes an organic phosphorus compound (C), which is selected from the group consisting of an aromatic phosphite compound and an aromatic phosphonate compound, and an inorganic phosphorus compound (D), which is selected from the group consisting from a metal salt of phosphorous acid and a metal salt of hypophosphoric acid as essential components, in addition to the polyarylene sulfide (A) and the polyamide (B); a manufacturing method thereof; and a surface mount electronic component. The polyarylene sulfide resin composition has excellent heat resistance, does not decrease mechanical properties such as bending strength even if heating treatment is performed under the high temperature condition by passing through a reflow furnace, and has excellent flame retardance.

摘要： In an information management system, individual entity information items related to one another are assigned unique identifiers. A smaller number of pointers are used to define high, low, front and rear-rank links among the entity information items. There is further provided an identifier management table that relates the types of the entity information items to the identifiers.
