    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical cutting blade for a cutter, in which a cut is made in an aluminum sleeve without damaging a steel sleeve, and an anchor clamp after cutting a jumper wire connection is prevented from being weakened.SOLUTION: In the cutter 1, a pair of confronted lateral cutting blades 3 or the vertical cutting blades 4 are installed on a portable hydraulic press machine 2, one blade can move freely to the other blade, and the cut in an axis orthogonal direction is made by the vertical cutting blade 4 after the cut in an axial direction is made in the aluminum sleeve by the lateral cutting blade 3. The vertical cutting blade 4 includes an arc-like cutting edge 4d in an intermediate part of a top ridgeline which projects in a cone shape in a cross-section from a plate surface of a mounting base 4a and is formed of a pair of confronted slopes. Interference parts preventing contact of the confronted cutting edges and regulating cut depth of the cutting edges are formed at both ends of the cutting edge 4d. Thickness of the cutting edge 4d is set to be about 4 mm and a tip cross section in a thickness direction is made into an arc shape. Thus, the cut is made in the aluminum sleeve C2 without damaging the steel sleeve C1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool for the jumper wire joint portion of an anchor clamp capable of changing edges for making vertical and horizontal notches. SOLUTION: The cutting tool 3 for making notches in the anchor clamp C is placed on the jumper wire joint portion through a guide rail 4 which extends in parallel with the anchor clamp C from a fitting. Also the cutting tool 3 movably supports the guide rail 4 by a guide body 11. A fixed edge unit 14 and a movable edge unit 15 are attached on the counter portion of a portable oil hydraulic press 12 fixed to the guide body 11. Respective units 14, 15 are integrally connected by penetrating a rotating shaft 17 into a cross cutting edge 18, a middle piece 19 and a straight cutting edge 20 to be movably supported by a mounting member 16 fixed to a frame 13. Further, fixing either of the straight cutting edge 20 or the cross cutting edge 18 to a predetermined cutting operating position by an engaging pin 21 appearing and retreating from/into the groove 16a of the mounting member 16 causes the other to be turned around not to butt the cutting edges each other in a retracted position, thereby enabling cutting operations. SOLUTION: The snatch block device 1 has snatch blocks 2 and 3, a link 4, and rope couplings 5. The snatch blocks 2 and 3 have frames 6 and rollers 7 and 8. The link 4 has arms 9 and 10, which couple the frames 6 with each other at a specified interval. A rope R for coupling it with another snatch block 1 is tied to the coupling 5. Arms 9 and 10 are pivoted at base ends by the frames 6, and are pivoted at the other ends freely of bend and stretch at a specified angle. When a line W2 slacks and is hung down under a line W1, a pivotal point 12 comes outside a vertical line V which connects the pivotal fulcrums 11 and 11 of the arms 9 and 10 with each other. When the line W2 within the snatch block 3 is replaced with a new-established line, and is tensed and returns to the former position of the line W2, the arms 9 and 10 bend inward around the pivotal point 12 thereby regulating the rotational direction of the snatch block 3.
