    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frost formation decreasing device not interrupting an operation of a cooling device, reducing an operation cost for defrosting, and having high reliability in preventing frost formation and defrosting.
      SOLUTION: This frost formation decreasing device is disposed near a heat exchanger 20 for cooling constituted by joining a plurality of flat fins 22 to a heat transfer tube 21, and comprises an injection means 30a constituted by arranging a plurality of nozzles 31 in parallel with each other in a line, at a right angle or in parallel with the planar direction of the fins 22, and a driving means 30b for reciprocating the injection means 30a, and the injection means 30a is moved in parallel with or at a right angle to the planar direction of the fins 22, and injects the air, thus water droplets in a supercooled state or frozen frost attached to the fins 22 can be removed.
