摘要： A continuously variable transmission apparatus has clutch device having a low speed clutch; a high speed clutch; and, a controller switching the transmission state into any one of a low speed mode and a high speed mode by connecting any one of the clutches, wherein timings for signaling by the controller for switching the connected and disconnected states of the clutches vary according to the switching directions of the low speed and high speed modes; and, a timing for signaling for connecting the low speed clutch with respect to the moment for signaling for cutting off the connection of the high speed clutch in order to switch the high speed mode over to the low speed mode is set earlier than a timing for signaling for connecting the high speed clutch with respect to the moment for signaling for cutting off the connection of the low speed clutch.

摘要： A ball screw mechanism that can drive a movable pulley disk in an axial direction includes a screw cylinder and a nut member. A stopper pin is inserted through the screw cylinder from one end surface of the circumferential wall of the screw cylinder to the other end surface. As an end portion of the stopper pin is engaged with a notch portion of a transmission case, the rotation of the screw cylinder is inhibited. A stopper projection is provided on the nut member. As the other end portion of the stopper pin abuts against the stopper projection, the rotation range of the nut member is regulated. The stopper projection and the stopper pin function as excessive fastening preventing means for preventing the excessive fastening of the ball screw mechanism.

A cam plate is fixedly secured to a chuck rotationally driven by a main shaft. A cutter is axially placed on one surface of the cam plate. A holder holding the cutter is axially displaced in synchronism with the rotation of the chuck to make an irregularity conforming with the cross-sectional configuration of the cam face. In addition, a header is displaced in the diametrical directions of the chuck to make an irregularity throughout.

摘要： A toroidal type continuously variable transmission having first and second discs supported around a rotating shaft and receiving power rollers therebetween includes a ball spline having a first spline groove formed in an outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft, a second spline groove formed in an inner circumferential surface of the first disc, and balls provided between the first spline groove and the second spline groove rollably. 摘要： In an actuator device which comprises a screw shaft, a nut member, and balls, the nut member moves relatively to the screw shaft in a first axial direction and a second axial direction opposite thereto in a manner such that it is continually subjected to a load in the first axial direction. A ball screw groove of the screw shaft is formed having a loaded surface which is pressed against the balls, on the side of a groove base in the first axial direction. A ball screw groove of the nut member is having a loaded surface which is pressed against the balls, on the side of its groove base in the second axial direction. These loaded surfaces are finished so that their surface roughness is lower than that of the unloaded surfaces.
