    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child safety lid which is smoothly usable by integrally forming a lid and a sealing member removing unit, and automatically removing the sealing member in operative association with the detachment of the lid.SOLUTION: The child safety lid comprises: an inner lid 14 attached to the container opening 12; an outer lid 16 arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the inner lid so that the inner lid may not rotate together with the outer lid; a rotating force transmission part 18 formed between the inner lid and the outer lid, configured to transmit the rotating force of the outer lid to the inner lid only in the case of moving the outer lid downward by applying a force exceeding a prescribed force to the outer lid; and the sealing member removing unit 22 formed on the inner lid, configured to remove the sealing member 20 sealing the container opening when the inner lid is detached from the container opening, and hold the sealing member 20 inside the inner lid.

    • A vessel cap is comprised of a body mounted at a vessel inlet through which a liquid material stored in a vessel is discharged outwardly and having a certain space therein. A pressing plate is disposed in the body to be movable in upper and lower directions. A cutter is formed at an edge of a lower surface of the pressing plate in a circumferential direction for penetrating a sealing member when the pressing plate is pressed and which cuts the sealing member when the body is rotated. A hooking member downwardly protrudes at the lower surface of the pressing plate for storing the sealing member cut by the cutter in the body. A connection portion is formed between an outer circumferential surface of the pressing plate and an inner circumferential surface of the body for guiding the pressing plate to be moved in upper and lower directions.

Since the sealing member removing unit is integrally formed at the cap, the sealing member is automatically removed at the time of opening the cap. Accordingly, the sealing member needs not to be additionally removed, and thus a usage convenience is enhanced. Furthermore, under a construction that the outer cap maintains an upwardly moved position from the inner cap by an elastic force, the cap can be opened only by downwardly moving the outer cap with a force more than a certain degree. Accordingly, a child can be more effectively protected.

    • The object of this invention is to provide a cap for liquid containers. The cap consists of a mounting part mounted to the mouth of a container, a liquid discharging part extending from the top of the mounting part upwardly. In this liquid discharging part, a liquid outlet opening and an air inlet opening are formed at opposite positions of the sidewall, while a partition wall extends from the top wall downward, thus partitioning the interior of the part into a liquid passage and an air passage. An openable top cover, connected to a side of the mounting part, covers the liquid discharging part. When liquid is discharged from the container through the liquid outlet opening, atmospheric air is smoothly introduced into the container through the air inlet opening without causing uneven flow or violent gush of the outlet liquid.
