摘要： An apparatus and method for configuration and optimization of an Automatic Neighbor Relation (ANR) in a wireless communication system are provided. A set of candidate PCIDs is determined from the allowable PCID list according to PCID allocation conditions. Then the user equipment transmits the measurement report message to an evolved node B (eNB).
