    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical piston to be used with a pressure pump whose cylinder is installed on the bottom of a storage reservoir, for pumping water by moving down the cylindrical piston whose inside conduction port has an enlarged diameter, while effectively utilizing the weight of water inside the cylindrical piston and on the cylindrical piston, and for continuously operating the pressure pump for a long time with natural energy such as the weight or gravity of water and buoyancy as motive power energy by moving up the cylindrical piston while minimizing the resistance of water to be received, after moved down. SOLUTION: The cylindrical piston A with a bottom portion 4a formed in a double valve structure comprises a bottom portion conduction valve 6 mounted on the lower face of the bottom portion 4a of a main cylinder 4 and an inside conduction valve 6 provided in close contact with the the bottom portion 4a of the main cylinder 4 or removably therefrom for opening/closing the bottom portion conduction port 5. As one example for the inside conduction valve 6 provided in close contact with the bottom portion 4a of the main cylinder 4 or removably therefrom, a float-cum-weight 8 is mounted on a rod 7 to which an inner cylinder 9 is fixed with the inside conduction valve 6 closably mounted at a lower end 7a of the rod 7, and the cylindrical piston A is continuously moved up and down for a long time by moving the rod 7 up and down.
