摘要： Disclosed are granular mesoporous silica and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes preparing powdered silica containing a structure derivative to form mesopores; preparing a molded precursor including the powdered silica and an inorganic binder or an organic binder; preparing a granular molded article having a predetermined shape by extruding or injection-molding the molded precursor; and removing the structure derivative by calcinating the granular molded article. The granular mesoporous silica represents superior pore characteristics and is used as an adsorbent capable of effectively removing pollutants in water treatment and air pollution treatment.

摘要： A user may express an interest in a set of individuals represented in a set of individual stores (e.g., friends in a social network and colleagues in an academic directory). Such individuals may send to the individual stores messages that are associated with a location, and the user may request, from respective individual stores, a presentation of the locations. According to the techniques presented herein, the messages from the individual stores may be aggregated, and the locations associated with the aggregated messages may be presented in a map, thereby presenting to the user the locations of the messages of the individuals irrespective of from which individual store each message was received. Additionally, the map may present the messages to the user, and upon receiving form the user a reply to a message, may send the message to the individual store from which the message was received.

摘要： An impulse radio-based ultra wideband communication system, using an ultra wideband impulse and a 1-bit high-speed digital sampler, includes a transmitting RF module, a receiving RF module, a signal recovery unit, a transmitting signal processor, a receiving signal processor, and an ultra wideband antenna. The transmitting RF module includes an integrated impulse generator capable of implementing on-off-keying modulation and pulse position modulation, and an amplifier for amplifying output of the integrated impulse generator. The receiving RF module includes a two stage envelope detector for detecting a received signal and a comparator for converting the detected signal into a rectangular pulse. The signal recovery unit restores the signal from the receiving RF module to a digital signal using the 1-bit digital sampler. The signal processor includes a receiving signal processor for synchronizing the digital signal and decoding the detected signal. The ultra wideband antenna transmits and receives an ultra wideband signal.

The table and the rubbing roller are tilted at a predetermined angle, and the rubbing roller is adapted to move at an angle of 0° on the table. Therefore, the damage inflicted on the alignment layer due to poor aligning of rubbing fabric attached to the rubbing roller or due to the existence of an alien substance on a surface of the rubbing roller is not concentrated, but rather spans across a region. This reduces the occurrence of rubbing stains and the visibility of damaged parts.
