摘要： By a suitable choice of a dispersing agents in mixtures of polyethylene, containing stabilisers, besides improving product aging, an antistatic modification is achieved which prevents dirt adherence to the surface for a limited time. With the effect of migration and subsequent erosion of the agent, the antistatic properties gradually worsen in the course of product use. The method of polyethylene treatment according to the invention is based on the fact that a two-component antistatic agent is mixed which contains, as one component, alkylolamide, alkylolamine or diamine of fatty acids (C12 to C22) or a mixture of these substances and, as a second component, a compound of general formula I . The total amount of antistatic agent in the mixture is 0 05 to 1.00 % by weight per 100 % by weight of mixture. The reciprocal ratio of both compounds of the antistatic agent is 1 : 3 to 3 : 1. Migration of the components of the agent is gradual, which ensures long-term zero electrostatic charge on the surface of products.

摘要： For usage in harsh environment, characterized by increased dustiness and possibility of explosion due to the accumulation of static electricity, for instance in coal or even non-coal underground mines, the foils made of plastic must fulfill the requirement of decreasing the combustibility down to the boundary of self-extinguishing; depending on the environment in which they are used, the foils must at the same time also have antistatic or semi-conducting properties. According to the invention, the compound with antistatic and self-extinguishing properties, based on polyolefin and its copolymers or compounds, contains 40 to 80 percent by weight of branched polyethylene, 7 to 15 percent by weight of copolymer vinyl chloride-propylene or 5 to 20 percent by weight of chlorinated or brominated paraffins or cycloparaffins, 7 to 15 percent by weight of antimony trioxide, 0.1 to 3 percent by weight of stabilizing agents based on organostannic esters of lower fatty acids.

摘要： Plastic matters in difficult environments with high dustiness and a danger of explosion resulting from accumulation of static electricity must have semiconductive as well as self-extinguishing characteristics. Nevertheless, when the mixture is filled with substances carrying either of these qualities, the physical and mechanical characteristics of the product deteriorate. The new solution consists in the fact that surface and space systems of polyolefins and their copolymers, or eventually mixtures, composed of at least two layers, have one layer with a thickness of 10 to 90 percent of overall thickness of the product, containing from 73 to 88 percent by weight of polyolefin, from 5 to 10 percent by weight of antimony trioxide, from 5 to 10 percent by weight of vinyl chloride-propylene copolymer and other common admixtures like stabilising agents and toners, while this layer is on one or both sides covered with a layer containing from 80 to 93 percent by weight of polyolefin, from 5 to 15 percent by weight of high-surface soot, a mixture of alkylolamides of fatty acids of tallow in the amount of 2 to 5 percent by weight and possibly other common admixtures. The products show semiconductive as well as self-extinguishing properties and conserve good physical and mechanical characteristics.
