    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a group to which a visitor belongs. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 10 of a visitor receives distribution of authentication information from authentication information management devices 40A, 40B, or 40C. The distributed authentication information is written in a noncontact IC tip mounted in the cellular phone 10. The visitor brings the cellular phone 10 close to an authentication device 20 attached to a door 80 of a house 90. The authentication device 20 reads the authentication information from the noncontact type IC tip of the abutted cellular phone 10 and transmits the authentication information to an authentication control device 30. The authentication control device 30 transmits the authentication information to the authentication information management device 40 in the distribution source to ask for authentication. On transmission of an authentication result from the authentication information management device 40, the authentication control device 30 transmits the authentication result to an authentication result display device 50. Through the authentication result display device 50, unlocking of the door 80 is carried out after recognizing the transmitted authentication result and confirming the group to which the visitor belongs.
