摘要： To provide a device for slitting strip metal consisting of a feed reel bearing a coil of a metal strip, circular-bladed shears by means of which the metal strip coming off the coil is slit once or several times and a winding reel device for the slit metal strip which makes the slitting and winding process easily controllable within the smallest possible space, it is proposed that the winding reel device have motor-driven winding reels (5, 6) for the even and odd-numbered strip sections (11, 12) mutually adjacent in the slitting direction, the feed reel (2) and the circular-bladed shears (4) rotate at the same speed, the winding reels (5, 6) being driven ahead thereof, and that the feed reel (2) and the winding reels (5, 6) are fitted on the frame (7) so as to be adjustable for height, thus providing a substantially straight path for the strip from the feed to the winding reels.

摘要： The coiled strip lifting gear consists of a vacuum plate (1) through which protrudes an expanding mandrel assembly (5). The mandrel assembly has jaws (6) with packing pieces (6') which can be expanded by a cone (8) and hydraulic cylinder (10) to engage the bore of a coil (4) resting on the floor. In use, the mandrel is lowered to the full depth of the coil bore and is followed up by the vacuum plate on adjusting cylinders (9). The packing pieces and adjusting cylinders allow the lifting gear to adapt to different coil dimensions. Vacuum is applied and the mandrel jaws expanded, permitting the coil to be lifted and transported. USE/ADVANTAGE - Coil layers remain undisturbed during lifting.

摘要： An apparatus for lifting and/or transporting coils of metal strip, consisting of a holding device, preferably a vacuum suction device, which can be placed against a side surface of a coil and by means of which the coil can be picked up and which is vertically adjustable, and of a clamping device which is connected to the holding device and can be inserted into the centre opening of the coil and expanded, in particular in the form of an expanding reel. In order to create such an apparatus which prevents the slipping of the outer layers of the coil even in the case of large coils without causing external damage to or internal changes in the coil, it is proposed that a further device (3) be coupled to the holding device (1), by means of which further device (3) sections of a coil (6) can be taken hold of radially from the outside when the holding device (1) is lowered onto the coil (6) and the clamping device if need be engages in its centre opening, and by means of which clamping forces directed radially inwards can be applied to the coil.
