    • System for eliminating gases from a container which contains bicarbonate powder and water for preparation of a solution containing bicarbonate, particularly a dialysis solution. The system comprises a supply conduit (26) for transportation of substantially water from a water source (1, 2) to the container (21), and a concentrate conduit (29) for transportation of the solution containing bicarbonate from the container, and a pump (17) for transportation of said solution. In addition, an evacuation conduit (41) is provided which connects the negative-pressure side of the pump (17) to the upper end (33) of the container (21), and a valve (40) arranged in said evacuation conduit (41). An activation device controls the valve (40) for connecting the upper end of the container (21) to the negative-pressure side of the pump (17) via the evacuation conduit (41) for elimination of said gases.

    • Disinfection arrangement for a dialysis machine consisting of a clean side and dirty side. The clean side comprises an inlet (2) for water, a valve (4), a heat exchanger (6) as well as a water vessel (5) containing a heater (9). A feed conduit (11) leads from the water vessel (5) to a tube (13) which is normally connected to the clean side of the dialyser but, during disinfection, is connected to a recirculation conduit (40) via a valve (23) in order to perform a first recirculation circuit. A second recirculation circuit is constituted by a recirculation conduit (42), a valve (41), a tube (25), which is normally connected to the dirty side of a dialyser, a return conduit (28) as well as a pump (30). A heat exchanger (6) heats up the fluid in the second circuit with help of the fluid in the first circuit, which is heated up by the heater (9) in the water vessel (5). A small amount of fluid is transferred from the first circuit to the second circuit via a shunt conduit (27).
