    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a pillow which is useful for a human body by utilizing the characteristics of nano silver being excellent in antibacterial and sterilizing effects, a substance which radiates a far-infrared ray being useful for the human body, and a substance which radiates negative ions. SOLUTION: This antibacterial plastic bead for pillow filling is formed in such a manner that a material for which 100 pts.wt. of a synthetic resin material, 0.5 to 2 pts.wt. of an antibacterial agent, and 3 to 15 pts.wt. of a ceramic which includes a silicon oxide and aluminum oxide as main components, are mixed, blended and composed is pulsion-molded. The antibacterial plastic bead is molded into a grain shape having a diameter of 1 to 10 mm. The pillow which has the antibacterial plastic bead for pillow filling is used as a pillow filling not only works as a piece of bedding which comfortably supports the head, but also is excellent in antibacterial activity.
