    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine a cutoff frequency of a low-pass filter function in an ESR (Electron Spin Resonance) image reconstruction method. SOLUTION: A CPU 12 sequentially sets the cutoff frequency of the low-pass filter, reconstructs an ESR image using the low-pass filter of the set cutoff frequency based on an ESR spectrum measured by a measuring device 11, and finds the maximum value of signals. The CPU 12 multiplies the low-pass filter of the set cutoff frequency and a delta function in a space frequency region, finds a point-spread function obtained by inverse Fourier transform, and finds an effective width of the point spread function. The CPU 12 finds an evaluation function by multiplying the maximum value of noise by the effective width of the point-spread function for every cutoff frequency and stores the evaluation function corresponding to the cutoff frequency. The CPU 12 finds the cutoff frequency where the evaluation function has the minimum value, and obtains the ESR image reconstructed based on the ESR spectrum using the low-pass filter of the cutoff frequency.     • PURPOSE:To carry out the construction administration in the same condition as in the air by attaching a cut-off buffering packing to a surface that canes into contact with the structure of a waterproof pressure shell where both top and front faces are opened, and connecting it to a pump after being fitted with a fill and drain port. CONSTITUTION:Cut-off buffering packing 2 and a drain port 3 both are attached to a surface that comes into contact with a structure of a waterproof pressure shell 1 where both top and front parts are opened, connecting them to a drainage pump. Next, they are hung down from a constructing position. An opening part, is adjusted to a working surface of the structure and the drainage pump is started. In succession, water in the inner part is drained, and with a water-level difference with the outside, the waterproof pressure shell 1 is pressed to the structure, strongly pressing the cut-off buffering packing 2, and a water stop is brought to perfection. In this case, an inner part of the waterproof pressure shell 1 is of atmospheric pressure, therefore water pressure conformed to the depth of water is added to the circumference whereby the waterproof pressure shell 1 is sucked to the structure. With this constitution, a working spot of the underwater structure locally eliminates water, thereby creating the same working space as in the air, through which yet more perfect working quality safety can be secured and, also a working property is still more improvable.

    • PURPOSE:To induce the resonance between a body to be vibrated and the electromagnetic vibrator by providing a base, a flat spring set between legs, an iron core fixed to the base, a movable iron core supported by the flat spring and opposed to the fixed iron core, an exciting coil and an adjuster between the legs and changing the legs with respect to the adjuster by the rotation of an adjusting bolt provided to the leg. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic vibrator is fixed to a body to be vibrated, a single- phase half-wave AC current is impressed on an exciting coil 14, hence the coil is excited, the attraction is increased as the current increases, and a shaker 7 is attracted by the iron core 6 against the repulsion of the flat springs 8 and 9. When the AC current stops flowing, the shaker is moved in the direction opposite to the attraction by the repulsion of the flat springs and returns to the original position. When the single-phase half-wave AC current flows, the shaker is attracted, and the resonance between the vibrator and the body to be vibrated is induced. When the vibrator is fixed to the body, the mass of a fixing member is increased, and the shaker of the vibrator is not resonated. Consequently, when the adjusting bolt is turned and loosened, the leg is displaced, and the resonance between the vibrator and body is restored.

    • PURPOSE:To enable excitation with commercial single phase AC without using a half-wave rectifier by providing permanent magnet to the central leg part of a movable iron core and a laminated iron core opposite thereto and providing a magnetic pole piece laminated with iron plates to the surface of this permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:An excitation coil 7 is provided to the leg part 3b of the E-shaped laminated iron core 3 and the laminated iron core (stationary) 4 is provided opposite thereto. Either of the E-shaped laminated iron core 3 and the laminated iron core 4 is fixed to a machine frame 1 and is mounted to a machine bed 2a of the machine frame 1 via a spring member 2 having such mass as to resonate the other to a power source. The broad permanent magnet 5 is thus mounted onto the laminated iron core 4 opposite to the central part 3a of the E-shaped laminated iron core 3 and farther, the magnetic pole piece 6 formed by laminating the iron plates is provided on the surface of the permanent magnet 5. The positive and negative inversion of the magnetic flux direction of the movable iron core 3 takes place when an AC voltage is impressed to the excitation coil 7. The change in the attraction force between the movable iron ore 3 and the permanent magnet 5 is transmitted via the spring member 2 to the machine frame 1 to vibrate the machine frame in synchronization with the power source frequency.
