摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently peel away a rough rind and a thin rind wrapping a bulb of garlic by elastically mounting a crude rubber plate having a protrusion on the bottom and an internal wall surface of the body of a container and on the undersurface of an inner lid to be turned by a handle. SOLUTION: A crude rubber plate 6 having a protrusion 5 is fastened on the top surface of a flat plate 3 comprising an elastic cured body such as sponge rubber provided on the bottom 2 of the body 1 of a container and on an internal wall surface 4 of the body 1 of the container with the protrusion 5 inward to the body 1 of the container. An upper lid 7 is detachably mounted on the upper end of the body 1 of the container while a shaft 9 provided with an inner lid 8 at the tip thereof is inserted through the center of the upper lid 7. The flat plate 3 comprising an elastic cured body such as sponge rubber and the crude rubber plate 6 having the protrusion 5 are fastened on the undersurface of the inner lid 8 in the order with the protrusion 5 downward. Moreover, a spring 10 is mounted between the top surface of the inner lid 8 and the undersurface of the upper lid 7 to always push the inner lid 8 downward. A handle 11 is provided at an upper part of the shaft 9 to turn the shaft 9.
