    • The present invention relates to a system for connecting an aircraft to a towed body, which comprises: (a) a reduced towing cable comprising tension filaments to provide the tensional force required for towing the body (11); (b) a signal cable (21), separate from said reduced towing cable (20), for conveying signals between the aircraft and the towed body, said signal cable comprises one or more optical fibers; and (c) conductive wires either within said towing cable or within said signal cable for providing electrical path between the aircraft and the towed body.

Curtains; curtain rods; tripod stands.-A mosquito net is made of conical or similar shape and is provided with means for supporting it on a bedstead and on the ground. The lower edge b of the net a is weighted around the whole circumference, and its upper end is provided with a ring c and a suspension loop d. The support for use on a bedstead comprises a telescopic suspension bar m, Fig. 13, pivoted to a telescopic upright k tied to the bedstead head and provided with a foot adapted to slide through parts on the hinge fittings to allow it to be folded or retained in position for use. For use on the ground, the net is supported on tripod legs f , Fig. 5, each in three telescoping parts with guides g and catches h, the legs being pivoted to an hexagonal head e or to a cross-bar. In a modified tripod stand, the head is in the form of a cross-bar and two of the legs are pivoted to its face and the other at right-angles thereto.
