摘要： An improved additive package including at least a polymeric amine antioxidants and a borated extreme pressure/antiwear agent for a polyol ester lubricant suitable for use in high temperature applications is provided. The lubricant fluid includes a base stock that is the reaction product of a polyol and monocarboxylic acid mixture including a major proportion of 3, 5, 5-trimethylhexanoic acid (iso-C 9 acid). The additive package may be added in up to about 20 percent by weight of the lubricant to provide a viscosity of the lubricant at 40°C of at least about 140 cSt and at 100°C of no less than about 15.0 cSt. Greases are formed by adding a thickener to a high viscosity lubricating fluid.

摘要： A novel biodegradable polyneopentyl polyol (PNP) ester based synthetic ester basestock that includes a PNP ester admixed with a dicarboxylic acid ester coupling agent is provided. The PNP ester-coupling agent mixture is blended further with minor amounts of a single, or mixture of, additional high molecular weight linear or branched chain ester. The final basestocks are compatible with standard lubricant additive packages and miscible with gasoline to provide biodegradable lubricants that have improved viscosity characteristics, good low temperature properties, and improved lubricity for 2-stroke engine lubricant applications.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved oven device for rapid melting or browning of the top surface of a food, typically involving melting or browning a topping or a side-dish placed on or beside a pre-cooked food component and further providing a capacity to simultaneously heat a plate or another support assembly for food. SOLUTION: This oven device for finally finishing food comprises an oven housing for defining a heating space therein and an upper heating unit disposed within the oven housing above the heating space. The heating space is configured to receive at least one food to be heated by the oven device. The upper heating unit includes an upper heating element and generates radiant heat which is directed onto the at least one food when the at least one food is received in the heating space. The upper heating element includes a rapidly- heating type high-intensity heating element capable of being cycled on for the final finishing of the at least one food when the at least one food is received in the heating space and capable of being cycled off when the final finishing is not being performed. The final finishing typically includes browning the top surface of the food or melting the topping placed on the top face of the food.

摘要： A conveyor oven comprising a housing defining a cook chamber and a heating element adjacent the cook chamber. A controller is programmed to control a cook time based upon a current estimated temperature in the oven, wherein the current estimated temperature is a function of a heat power input during a previous time period and can also be a function of a previous estimated temperature. The oven can further include a conveyor and a motor coupled to the conveyor, wherein the controller is programmed to control a cook time of the conveyor. The controller can also be programmed to control the cook time based upon a product loading condition. The oven can further include a presence sensor for detecting the presence of food in the oven and for providing a corresponding signal. Preferably, the calculation is an eye calculation that is a function of a previous eye calculation.
