摘要： An industrial machine such as a civil engineering machine and a construction machine, comprising a hydraulic system in a driving system thereof, wherein conditions of pressure in respective portions of the hydraulic system are detected as differential pressure information. A diaphragm whose front and rear surfaces serve as pressure receiving surfaces and a distortion detecting portion formed on one of the pressure receiving surfaces comprise a detecting portion. Pressure medium is introduced onto the two pressure receiving surfaces. Particularly, a sheet member is provided between the pressure receiving surface having the distortion detecting portion and the pressure medium, and, this simplified construction achieves a satisfactory protection. As a sheet member fitting structure, two supporting members for clamping the diaphragm from opposite sides to fix are prepared, and, these supporting members are worked into desired forms, to thereby form a space for housing a signal lead-out-connection portion which is separated from the pressure medium. An electrical wiring portion is also protected in non-contact with the pressure medium.

摘要： This invention relates to a pressure sensor having an optimum structure when fitted to a wall of a hydraulic apparatus such as an oil pressure pipe and a joint and consisting of a thin sheet-like diaphragm having a strain detection portion, and a support member for storing the diaphragm with a stepped hole structure and positioning it suitably. The invention relates also to a production method of a pressure sensor, which produces a strain detection portion which is to be formed on the surface of a diaphragm, with the diaphragm of the pressure sensor formed with a thin sheet member, by utilizing effectively a semiconductor fabrication technique. The present invention relates also to a production method of a pressure sensor which joins and integrates the diaphragm and the support member described above by diffused junction and at the same time, effects joining and crystallization of a semiconductor strain gauge by the heat-treatment at the time of the diffused junction. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a hydraulic apparatus equipped with a pressure sensor, which has a structure wherein the pressure sensor is in advance assembled and is optimal for the environment of use.

CONSTITUTION:When the chain link is advanced in the arrow D direction, the tooth 7a of the chain wheel 7 approaches the barrel part 2 from the arrow D direction and contacts the barrel part 2 being guided by the inner wall 5a of the both frange parts 5. Then, when the proceeding chain link is engaged with the tooth 7a of the chain wheel, the space S is formed for the amount of inward projection of the inner wall 5a of the frange part 5 between the inner wall 1b of the adjoining link part 1a of the succeeding chain link and the side surface 7b of the tooth 7a. Therefore, the wearing of the inner wall 1b of the adjoining link part 1a can be prevented by providing the space S.
