摘要： Vorgeschlagen wird ein HPEM- Modul (1,10), bei welchem mit einem einzigen Eingangstriggerpuls (Trigger 2, 1 1 ) und einem zwischen geschalteten TTD- Netzwerk (5, 14) je nach gewähltem Eingang der elektromagnetischen Linse über die geometrische Form der Linse phasendefiniert bzw. zeitdefiniert und frequenzunabhängig den Ausgangspuls oder den Triggerpuls übertragen wird. Das Triggersignal gibt den Zeitpunkt der Erzeugung eines UWB- Pulses im Pulsgenerator (3, 16) vor. Für eine Antennenzeile (1 *n) aus mehreren Antennen (7, 15) lässt sich dann die Hauptkeule je nach Anzahl der einstellbaren Phasendifferenzen bzw. Zeitdifferenzen in dieselbe Anzahl von Positionen in einer Ebene beeinflussen. Für ein m*n Array ist die Ausrichtung der Antennenkeule nicht mehr auf die Ebene beschränkt.

The switches 52, 54 for the two controls are connected in series and so arranged Fig. 6 (not shown) that if one control surface is central operation of the other does not effect it. A single control surface may be moved in either . direction by using two wheels 73, 74, Fig. 7, escapement released as in Fig. 3. An endless cord passes round the wheels 73, 74 and pulleys 76, 77 carried on a plate 78 pivoted at 80. Release of either wheel 73, 74 then rocks the plate 78 in a corresponding direction and actuates the control surface through a link 82.

For an m*n array the alignment of the antenna lobe is no longer restricted to the plane.
