The chiropractic table system generally includes a table with an upper opening, a first support member extending through the upper opening and a second support member extending through the upper opening. The support members engage the hip portion of a patient lying upon the table. The support members are separated thereby separating the sacroiliac joints, then the support members are counter-pivoted with respect to one another thereby torquing the hip portion of the patient and then the support members are quickly lowered a distance to set the hip portion of the patient as desired.
