    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground electromagnetic survey method capable of measurement at multiple places in a short time at low cost.
      SOLUTION: The underground electromagnetic prospecting method using a transmission source 2 for induced current generation for periodically generating induced current includes repetitively performing: at a plurality of observation points set on the ground surface, magnetic field observation including an observation step for observing a magnetic field based on a smoke ring by a magnetic field sensor device 1 including a sensor unit including a magnetic impedance element having a magnetic amorphous structural body and also having a rod-shaped core unit for directing the magnetic field to the magnetic amorphous structural body in the longitudinal direction of the magnetic amorphous structural body, and a storage step for storing the observation data of the magnetic field containing a magnetic field signal based on an output from the transmission source 2 for induced current generation; and calculating a resistivity distribution of the underground based on the observation data of each observation point.
