摘要： Disclosed herein are embodiments of lancing devices for use with a lancet having a lancet body and a sharp tip covered by a removable cap. One lancing device comprises a housing having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, a drawer received within the housing at the first end and movable between an open position and a closed position, the drawer having a drawer face and a drawer body, the drawer body configured to receive the lancet, and a decapping arm disposed within the housing and connected to the housing via a pivot at the second end of the housing, the decapping arm movable about the pivot between a storage position and a decapping position.

摘要： Packaging for a powdered beverage includes a container of powdered beverage, and a dispenser secured to the container. The dispenser includes an outer dispensing member having an exit opening, and an inner dispensing member in opposed relationship with the outer dispensing member and in part defining an interior space of the container. The inner dispensing member has at least one dispensing opening. At least one of the outer dispensing member and the inner dispensing member is moveable relative to the other one of the outer dispensing member and the inner dispensing member between a blocked position and a dispensing position of the dispenser in which the at least one opening of the inner dispensing member is at least in part aligned with the exit opening of the outer member to permit powdered beverage to be dispensed from the packaging.

The lancing device can include a handle connected to the housing for movement between a storage position, where the housing and handle are configured to be compactly stowed, and a use position, where the housing and handle are configured to be grasped by a user to perform the piercing operation. The lancing device can include an opening formed in the housing and a tray that is moveable with respect to the housing between an open position, where the lancet can be installed on or removed from the tray, and a closed position, where the lancet can be utilized to perform a piercing operation. The lancing device can include a structure moveable with respect to the housing between a first position, where a first piercing aperture is defined, and a second position, where a second piercing aperture is defined, where the second piercing aperture is larger than the first piercing aperture.

摘要： A push-button steering wheel lock for attachment to an automobile steering wheel is provided having a housing and a push-button assembly disposed in the housing. The assembly is positioned in either a locked position for securing the steering wheel lock to the steering wheel or an unlocked position. In the locked position, the push-button lock assembly engages a rod slideably disposed in the housing to prevent movement of the rod with respect to the housing. The push-button assembly also includes two levers, one each on either side of the assembly to engage two surfaces within the housing to retain the push-button assembly in the locked position and also to retain the push-button assembly in the housing.

摘要： In a mixing system for mixing together a powdered beverage and a liquid in-situ to form a ready-to-drink beverage, a receptacle has an interior space defining a mixing chamber for receiving powdered beverage and liquid therein to be mixed. An agitator is removably disposed in the mixing chamber, the agitator being operable to mix the powdered beverage and liquid within the mixing chamber, said agitator being removable from the receptacle. A retention member is configured to inhibit the agitator against falling out of the receptacle upon substantially inverting the receptacle. A drive system is provided for operating the agitator, with the agitator and drive system being configured for operative coupling therebetween. The mixing system may include a support for supporting the receptacle in an upright orientation. The receptacle may be removable from the support. The agitator may include an anti-vortex member to inhibit formation of a vortex.
