    • An apparatus for reverse circulation cementing of surface casing in subterranean formations and associated methods are provided. One example of a method may involve a method of reverse circulation cementing a surface casing in a well bore with a conductor casing positioned therein comprising: providing a tool comprising at least one isolation device coupled to the surface casing; positioning the isolation device in the well bore to isolate an annulus between the surface casing and the conductor casing; flowing cement through a port in the conductor casing in a reverse circulation direction; and allowing the cement to set therein.

    • An annular restrictor for use in a well can include a body which extends circumferentially about a tubular mandrel, and a section which, in cooperation with the body, restricts fluid flow through an annulus, a line being secured between the body and the section. A method of completing a well can include installing a line in an annular restrictor, and restricting fluid flow through an annulus, with the restricting being performed by the annular restrictor interconnected between steam injection valves. A method of attaching a line to a tubular string for use in a well can include covering the line with a section of an annular restrictor, and securing the section to a body of the annular restrictor, each of the section and the body having a flow restricting surface formed thereon, and the covering and securing steps being performed without splicing or making a connection in the line.

    • A well packer assembly with an annular fluid bypass and a check valve. The well packer assembly has an upper packer apparatus and a lower packer apparatus with a stimulation port therebetween. An annular fluid bypass in the upper packer apparatus communicates the well annulus from above packer elements on the upper packer apparatus to below the packer elements. The well fluid circulated through the fluid bypass is discharged into the well annulus below the packer elements on the upper packer apparatus to circulate stimulation fluid through the stimulation port and upwardly through the upper packer apparatus and the tubing used to lower the upper packer apparatus into the well.
